Ewa Lamont

Project Lead

My work focuses on the Julia Farr group’s Disability Action Plan (DAP) and Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). I’m passionate about inclusion and committed to helping make our workplace more inclusive and accessible for everyone. Reconciliation is an ongoing journey – one in which everyone has a role to play. I’m excited to be part of this important work and look forward to the impact both action plans will have across our organisation and community.

When I am not at work I love to sew, do puzzles, and play with my dog.

I’m a disabled artist, audio describer, and access consultant, passionate about making museums and galleries more inclusive and accessible.

I’ve piloted museum programs for Deaf and neurodivergent audiences, collaborated on programs for people with dementia and blind or low-vision communities, and developed access resources for some of the most well-known arts venues on Kaurna Country.
