The road to employment begins early – before a child starts school, when families are choosing how and where they’ll learn.

We support families, educators and schools to raise expectations, promote inclusion, and build confidence in every student’s future.

Our team works with schools to shift attitudes and strengthen inclusive practice.

We also offer training and tools to help families and educators foster a more inclusive education system.

Education workshops

Building confidence in inclusive education and employment

With the right supports, most students with disability can thrive in mainstream classrooms and move into mainstream employment.

Our Raising the Bar workshops support families and educators to:

  • Raise expectations about career pathways
  • Promote inclusive teaching and learning
  • Build positive attitudes toward disability
  • Plan for meaningful post-school pathways

We offer tailored workshops for:

  • Parents of preschool-aged children (before choosing a school).
  • School students, their parents, and teachers (inclusive education, allyship and post-school planning).
