Driving inclusion and opportunity in Mount Gambier/Berrin and beyond
The Regional Employment Project (REP) partners with employers in Mount Gambier/Berrin and the Limestone Coast region to strengthen disability access and inclusion in local workplaces.
REP is co-funded by the Ian Potter Foundation and Julia Farr Association. It builds on the success of our statewide Road to Employment program, tailoring supports to the unique needs and opportunities of regional communities.
Through REP, employers can access funded support including:
- Regional Community of Practice – bringing together local employers, people with disability, and industry groups to share ideas and drive change.
- Disability Inclusion Training – practical workshops delivered by people with disability, designed to grow awareness and capability.
- Inclusive Recruitment Training – tools and strategies to make recruitment processes accessible and barrier-free.
- Business Mentoring – one-to-one guidance to support businesses on their disability inclusion journey.
- Workplace Access Checks – practical advice on how to improve accessibility across work environments.
REP creates stronger connections between employers and people with disability, helping to open up more inclusive employment pathways in regional South Australia.
