Fiona Snodgrass brings extensive experience in disability policy, governance and regulatory reform across State and Commonwealth government.

Much of her career has been centred on improving systems and safeguards that affect people with disability, including senior roles with the National Disability Insurance Agency, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and the South Australian Office of the Public Advocate.

Fiona has led complex reform projects, integrity and assurance frameworks, and responses to several Royal Commissions, with a strong focus on human rights, accountability and inclusion. She holds a Master of Policy Studies (Social Policy) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning.

Fiona has lived experience of disability and is a strong advocate for inclusive governance and decision-making and disability leadership. Fiona also teaches aqua fitness supporting older people to age well and have fun through water-based exercise.
