Dear valued community,
We are writing to let you know that CEO Robbi Williams is resigning from his employment with JFA Purple Orange, inhousing and the JFM Fund (collectively, the Julia Farr group), for family reasons.
As our inaugural CEO, Robbi has made a significant contribution to our organisation and to the broader South Australian and national disability community. He has helped build our reputation as a trusted policy voice, championed our peer networks and authentic co-design approach, and advanced inclusive practice through the Model of Citizenhood Support, which he authored.
Robbi has led systemic advocacy efforts for a more inclusive society, personalised funding and the NDIS. He has driven contemporary housing solutions, inclusion-focused philanthropic grant-giving, deepened partnerships and reinforced our commitment to the rights, capacity building and leadership of and by people with disability.
In a message to staff Robbi said: “It has been a great privilege to have given 19 years of service to the Julia Farr Association, and longer to our housing association and grant-making trust as CEO of the former Julia Farr Services. While I am sad to step down because of family health issues that meant I have been largely absent for the past year, I know the organisation is in great shape and has a strong future because of the efforts of so many good people”.
Robbi will remain on leave until his departure on 3 July 2026.
We thank Robbi for his service and wish him the best for the future.continued leadership.
Interim Chief Executive arrangements
The Board is pleased to advise that Tracey Wallace will remain in the position of Interim CEO of all three entities until 31 March 2027. Tracey has performed strongly in the role since October 2025 and we express our deep gratitude for her continued leadership.
Tracey will continue to progress the implementation of our 2024-27 Strategic Plans across the Julia Farr group. We are at the midpoint, and she will ensure our commitments translate into measurable impact across policy, systemic advocacy, philanthropy, and inclusive housing and technology.
During this time there are no changes to our support of, or services to, the disability community.
JFA Purple Orange, inhousing and the JFM Fund are in a strong position and we remain committed to creating a more inclusive and accessible world for people with disability.
If you have any questions, please reach out to Interim CEO, Tracey Wallace.
