Aged Care Employer Guide
JFA Purple Orange Road to Employment Project worked with a collective of leading aged care organisations, EQUALS International a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and Disability Employment Services (DES) Barkuma and Maxima developed a Community of Practice to tackle disability inclusion and employment.
A community of practice was created to develop a group traineeship and pre-vocational training program employing people with disability in a range of roles was develop and implemented.
We've curated proven employment strategies used by a collective of leading Aged Care Organisations and guidance on ways to strengthen their capacity to employ people with disability.
The Aged Care Employer guide shares critical insights gained throughout the project, providing guidance and practical examples that can be easily applied to any business.
We have included free resources to help you get started and a road map to focus your disability inclusion efforts.
