My job is to help people better understand how they can help themselves. No matter what abilities, identities, shapes or colours, all should be given the right and means to that famous “fair go”. I love seeing individuals gain control of their own lives and achieve what truly matters to them. I feel at home within a team and organisation that gives real, practical meaning to respect and inclusion. On days off I tackle the weeds in my garden, badger my children to spend time with me, and always have a beading project on hand when all else fails.
