Interim CEO Appointment – JFA Purple Orange
Robbi Williams, CEO of the Julia Farr Association (JFA Purple Orange), will be on long service leave until the end of February 2026. Robbi has served the group with distinction for many years, and we thank him for his dedicated leadership and contribution. We look forward to welcoming Robbi back following his leave.
To ensure continuity and stability during this period, the Board has put in place a structured leadership arrangement. Over the past few months, Jane Arnott (Strategy Leader, Governance and Philanthropy) has served as Acting CEO, providing steady and thoughtful leadership through a time of transition. We extend our sincere thanks to Jane for her outstanding contribution and commitment.
We are now pleased to announce the appointment of Tracey Wallace as Interim CEO, effective Monday 29 September 2025 through to 2 March 2026. Tracey has been with the organisation for more than seven years and holds the substantive role of Strategy Leader at JFA Purple Orange. She brings strategic vision, values-driven leadership, and deep organisational insight to this role, and we congratulate her on her appointment.
JFA Purple Orange remains committed to its vision that people with disability are living ordinary valued lives, characterised by rich personhood, active citizenhood, and personal growth. Our work continues with focus and purpose, and we remain deeply grateful for your ongoing support and partnership.
