Thank you for your correspondence in relation to the upcoming State Election. 

Mr Ellis has received your election platforms and will give them due consideration. 

As an independent member of the crossbench and representative of a large regional electorate, Mr Ellis does not have the resources to provide a considered response to your proposal, but your members and stakeholders can rest assured, should he be re-elected, that he will always endeavour to cast his vote in accordance with the wishes of his electorate. He has a strong track record of doing just that which should act as a reassurance.
