About the Role  

As the Finance Officer, you will report to the Finance Manager and undertake an important part in a small team of five who support the work of JFg with the disability community through sound financial management. 

Duties

  • Record and process accounts payable and receivable 
  • Reconcile bank accounts 
  • Process BAS and inter-entity transactions 
  • Review and code credit cards 
  • Contribute to finance projects 
  • Support to the payroll officer, CFO and other finance related tasks as required 

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in various software including strengths in MS Excel 
  • Experience in successfully analysing issues and trouble shooting 
  • Recent successful experience in a similar role 
  • The ability to connect with and identify Julia Farr values
