Rachel Allen

I’m a Project Lead at JFA Purple Orange, where I lead the Parenting as Equals project and support a range of co-design initiatives and community networks. I’m passionate about amplifying lived experience voices—particularly as a disabled person myself—and creating opportunities for people to shape the work that impacts their lives. With a background in disability and mental health, I’m driven by a commitment to inclusion and community-led change. I enjoy working across teams to bring projects to life and make a meaningful impact. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, going to concerts, and travelling.
